Biography

Licenciada en Derecho, MBA por ICADE y master en Marketing y Dirección Comercial por ESIC. Bieger cuenta con años de experiencia profesional en posiciones comerciales, Marketing y Dirección General en empresas de Consumo, Industria y Seguros. Dirige la firma de Executive Search LT AltoPartners en España desde 2002 y coordina la Práctica de Industria, Construcción y Energía de alto partners a nivel mundial, actualmente también ejerce como Consejera de AXA Seguros y es Vicepresidenta de “La Chambre” (Cámara Franco-Española).

Consejera delegada del Parque Tecnológico de Castilla y León y vicepresidenta ejecutiva de la Agencia para el Desarrollo Económico de la Junta de Castilla y León. También ha sido vicepresidenta de la Cámara de Comercio franco-española y patrona de la Fundación AERCO para la internacionalización de empresas.
