En las reuniones, en el contacto con el cliente, en la organización de tareas… En definitiva, en el día a día del trabajo en equipo hay que establecer unas normas de actuación y comportamiento. Estas son cruciales para el entendimiento de todos los miembros del grupo y para que el equipo alcance sus objetivos.

Las normas coordinan, cohesionan y hacen previsibles las conductas sociales. Un equipo de trabajo está compuesto por diferentes personas que se integran y colaboran para desarrollar un proyecto, teniendo en mente unos objetivos comunes. Sin embargo, como individuos, debemos satisfacer unas metas individuales que tienen que ser compatibles con esos objetivos grupales. Hay que buscar el equilibrio entre ambos.
