Descripción

El fin último de una negociación comercial no es realizar una venta o conseguir un pedido, sino iniciar una relación comercial estable con el cliente. Lograr el cierre de una venta será posible si estamos atentos a las señales del cliente. Dar el último empujón para conseguirlo forma parte de nuestra labor.

Una vez alcanzado este primer acuerdo será fundamental cuidar la operación, estar pendientes de todos los detalles y de todas las comunicaciones del cliente para conseguir que el cierre inicial sea el inicio de una fructífera relación comercial. Ese es el objetivo de todo proceso de venta.
