Descripción

Saber por qué un cliente desea un producto o servicio es fundamental para elaborar una propuesta de venta que atienda a sus deseos y necesidades. Una oferta solvente debe tener en cuenta los requerimientos del cliente y mostrar con claridad los beneficios y características del producto que ofrecemos.

Del mismo modo, es necesario abordar con tacto las objeciones del cliente y convertirlas en aliadas que nos ayuden a cerrar la venta. Trataremos todos estos argumentos en el Learning Coffee que ahora comienzas a leer.
