La gestión por objetivos es un sistema claro, sencillo de implantar y sus beneficios son fácilmente comprobables. Sin embargo, la principal dificultad que nos podemos encontrar a la hora de poner en marcha una GpO son las resistencias del grupo u organización. Por esta razón, plantearnos qué pretendemos con la GpO, analizar las posibles reticencias y concretar el modo de vencerlas son factores clave para poner en práctica el sistema.
